Clear terms for services provided by IronSight Digital.

IRONSIGHT DIGITAL SERVICE TERMS
These terms apply when you purchase services from IronSight Digital. By completing your purchase and accepting these terms, you agree to the following.
1. SERVICES
IronSight Digital will provide the services described in your order, checkout, invoice, or approved proposal. Work outside the agreed scope may require additional approval and fees.
2. BILLING & SERVICE TERM
You agree to the pricing, setup or launch fees, and billing schedule shown with your purchase.
Recurring services are automatically billed to the payment method you provide.
If your selected service includes a 3-month initial agreement, the service continues month-to-month after that period until canceled. Other recurring services are month-to-month unless otherwise stated with your purchase.
3. CANCELLATION
After any applicable initial agreement period, recurring services may be canceled with 30 days' written notice.
Setup and launch fees and fees for work already completed are non-refundable.
4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to provide the information, content, access, and approvals reasonably needed to perform your services. Delays in providing these items may delay the work.
5. OWNERSHIP
After full payment, you own final creative work produced specifically for your business.
IronSight Digital retains ownership of its internal tools, systems, templates, processes, software, and reusable technology. Third-party products and services remain subject to their respective terms and licenses.
6. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & AI
Some services rely on third-party platforms such as Google, website hosts, CRM systems, messaging providers, social platforms, and AI services.
IronSight Digital cannot guarantee the availability, decisions, policies, performance, or accuracy of third-party platforms or AI systems.
7. RESULTS
IronSight Digital does not guarantee specific search rankings, leads, reviews, sales, revenue, website traffic, followers, or other business results.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, IronSight Digital's total liability related to the affected services is limited to the amount you paid for those services during the previous three months.
IronSight Digital is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
9. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
Acceptance
By checking the acceptance box during checkout and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Service Terms, including the pricing, recurring billing, cancellation policy, and any initial service term shown with your purchase.
