Brandon Raybon was born and raised right here in Montgomery, Alabama. After 25 years serving in the United States Army, he came home with something most marketing agencies can't claim — real experience building and executing marketing campaigns at scale.

Brandon began his Army career as a 31B Military Police officer, developing the discipline, attention to detail, and mission-first mindset that defines everything IronSight Digital does today. Later in his career he transitioned into recruiting, eventually serving as the Marketing NCOIC for a recruiting battalion — responsible for advertising, brand positioning, and outreach strategy across an entire region.

That wasn't corporate marketing theory. That was real-world marketing execution with real targets, real deadlines, and real accountability.

When Brandon retired after 25 years, he didn't slow down. He came home to Montgomery, to his wife, their four children, and two grandchildren — and started building something of his own.
