1. Services

Ironsight Digital provides web design, hosting, branding, and AI-powered solutions to small businesses and entrepreneurs. Services may include one-time design projects, subscription-based support, and add-on features.

2. Payment & Subscriptions

  • A one-time project fee is due before work begins unless otherwise agreed.

  • Monthly subscriptions (for hosting, maintenance, or AI add-ons) are billed automatically.

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients agree to provide accurate information, content, and feedback in a timely manner.

  • Clients are responsible for securing rights to any materials (images, logos, copy) they provide.

4. Ownership of Deliverables

  • Final website design, graphics, and branding are owned by the client once payment is received in full.

  • Ironsight Digital reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio and marketing.

5. Third-Party Tools & Hosting

  • Some services rely on third-party platforms (such as hosting providers, automation tools, or AI integrations).

  • Ironsight Digital is not responsible for outages, downtime, or errors caused by third-party services.

6. Revisions & Limitations

  • Projects include a limited number of revisions as stated in the service agreement.

  • Additional revisions or changes outside the original scope may result in extra charges.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Ironsight Digital is not liable for data loss, revenue loss, or any indirect damages.

  • Clients are responsible for regularly backing up their website and content.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate an agreement with written notice.

  • Upon termination, unpaid fees remain due.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, United States.
